It took over a week but Nvidia has finished up the little present it had for some GeForce users. The ForceWare 169.21 driver has now received the WHQL medal although only for the 32 and 64bit version of Windows XP (plus Win 2000 and Server 2003) and it features support for the GeForce FX, 6, 7 and 8 series, including the new G92-powered GeForce 8800 GTS 512. This release is the recommended driver for the latest DirectX 9 and OpenGL applications and comes with lots of fixes for game and application issues.
