The Intel P45 mania of making uber-equipped products seems to be rubbing off somewhat with MSI preparing the release of one very special, GeForce 9600 GT Diamond. The card, pictured below, has almost everything you'll want from a graphics card, in terms of features - for starters, a nice, big heatpipe-boasting cooling system that seems to be a hybrid model which turns off the fan when the temperature of the card is under a certain level. Next, there are the HDMI and DisplayPort connectors, 2GB of GDDR3 memory and easy overclocking via the included Turbo button. Once pressed, the button makes sure that the card's frequencies will go up to yet unknown values while the G94 will get more voltage.
The upcoming 9600 GT Diamond will also feature the Dr. MOS power saving technology and a quite restrictive fan cover/grill. MSI's new Diamond will be released next month with a showcase at Computex next week being practically a certainty. No word on pricing though.
