Nvidia board partner EVGA has heard the cries of gamers who have purchased GeForce GTX 200 series cards (only GTX 280s for now) and has launched a program that will see them get a HDMI adapter for free. Everyone who has a EVGA GeForce GTX 200 card purchased after June 16 and registered online can now ask the American manufacturer for a HDMI adapter.

EVGA can already deliver 'generic' HDMI adapters to those who are in a hurry but, starting from June 26th, it will also offer HDMI certified and compliant adapter (version -005).

To sign up for EVGA's offer simply check out this page.
