It seems MSI wasn't satisfied with having six Intel P45-powered motherboards to offer so it went on to design yet another model, the P45-8D. Dubbed the "Memory Lover," the upcoming board has no less than eight memory slots, four DDR2-800 that can house up to 16GB of RAM and four DDR3-1600 that can take up 8GB. Also featuring support for the latest Core 2 Duo, Quad and Extreme processors, the P45-8D has a decent copper cooling system, just one PCI-Express x16 slot and eight SATA 3.0 Gbps ports.

In addition to those above, the board has 7.1 channel integrated audio, Gigabit Ethernet and, if we're not mistaking, Power and Reset buttons. The P45-8D's release date and price tag are unfortunately unknown.
