HP has already announced its intentions regarding the release of more Mini-Note netbooks but an official announcement has yet to arrive. Better than 1000 PR words though are images and those below depict a 10-inch Mini-Note-like machine that HP had made in collaboration with designer Vivanne Tam.

Leaving aside the eye-candy, the 10-inch netbook looks pretty 'right' as it is similar enough to the Mini-Note. Unfortunately, the hardware specifications of the netbook are unknown so we have to wait for a future leak or an official word from HP to get a clearer picture of the potential 10-inch Mini-Note.
