MSI has now officially introduced a new laptop, the 16-inch VR630. Weighting in 2.54kg, the portable PC comes with the ECO Engine power management function which enables users to save battery power by switching through 5 different modes - Gaming, Movie, Presentation, Office, and Turbo Battery mode, depending on their work(or game)load.

The VR630 features a 1366 x 768 pixels 16-inch LCD screen backed up by the VIVID image enhancement technology, is powered by either a Turion X2 Ultra or Sempron Mobile processor, has up to 4GB of memory, GeForce 8200M G integrated graphics, a 160, 250 or 320GB SATA hard drive and a DVD writer.

MSI's laptop also boasts a 3-in-1 card reader, WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, and an Express Card slot.

The VR630 can already be found around Europe at prices starting at 430 Euro.
