just last week, Sapphire's 2GB Radeon HD 4850 X2 is now official and it is ready to hit the stores, quickly followed by its little brother, the 1GB 4850 X2. Set to look exactly the same, the cards have blue PCBs, custom, dual-slot, dual-fan cooling systems, CrossFireX support, 1600 Stream Processors and quad-DVI connectivity.
In terms of clocks, the 1 and 2GB Radeon HD 4870 X2 cards will come with a 625 MHz core frequency and 1986 MHz memory. The 2GB version has a recommended price tag of $419 and can be found in Europe for just under
399 Euro. The 1GB version is yet unpriced.
