The recession monster has apparently still on the loose as reports are saying that, in order to cut costs, Intel has decided to cancel one of this year's Intel Developer Forum, the one in Taiwan which was set for November 16 and 17.

In addition to canceling IDF Taiwan 2009, Intel is said to have cut down the IDF in Beijing from the projected two days to just one. Somebody needs to get the beast back to its cage, it's not fun anymore (BEd: Not that it ever was).
