That's right, an exclusive over at
Neowin has actually provided us with a date for the Windows 7 Release Candidate - April 10. As was reported about a month ago, Microsoft pointed out that it would not be releasing another Beta, but jumping straight into Release Candidates for the end user.
Little information is known about the changes from Windows 7 Beta to Windows Release Candidate but if the popularity of the Windows 7 Beta is any sign of improvement over Windows Vista then the release candidate probably can do even more and is even better.
According to
Ars Technica "The build will be available broadly", which leads users to believe that they may follow the same platform as they did with the Windows 7 Beta allowing a large volume of downloaders to test.
For now, we can only just sit on our hands and wait.
