Making its entrance into the portable PC market, ASRock has presented at CeBIT an price-attractive 12-inch machine. Named MultiBook G12, the upcoming release won't really turn heads due to its design but it does have some nice specs including a 12.1-inch 1280 x 800 pixels LCD screen, a dual-core Intel processor (Atom N330 maybe), up to 2GB of RAM, integrated graphics, and a 2.5-inch hard drive with a capacity of up to 500GB.

Not entering the netbook zone, the G12 weights 1.7kg and has Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi and an optical drive. ASRock expects to start shipping the MultiBook G12 in April or May.
