After a trip to the weaponsmith, Scythe has now returned with a sharp new Katana to cut those damn degrees right in half. Seen below, the Katana 3 CPU cooler measures 94 x 108 x 143 mm, weights just about 495 grams and features a Slant Pipe structure, six copper heatpipes, a nickel-plated copper base and a 92mm fan working at speeds between 300 and 2500 RPM (rotations per minute).

The new cooler is compatible with Intel Socket 478, LGA 775 and LGA 1366 as well as AMD Socket 754, 939, 940, AM2, AM2+ and AM3 processors, and is priced at $32 / €16,75 (without VAT).
