Windows 7 is one highly-expected OS and apparently, the anticipation of potential users is shared and intensified by Microsoft's staff as someone jumped the gun and posted a notice about the Windows 7 RC on
TechNet. The listed publish date is May (2009) so that suggests the RC (release Candidate) version of Windows 7 will become available to the public in May, as previous
rumors have anticipated.
According to the document, the RC will be available through June and will not come with a limited number of keys which means Microsoft wants as big of a tester base as it can get. The Windows 7 RC will come in both 32 and 64bit flavors, is set to expire on June 1st 2010, and will feature five languages - English, German, Japanese, French, and Spanish. Hopefully the data provided is accurate cause we really wouldn't want to wait for Windows 7 for long.
