Patriot Memory has now revealed a 128GB Warp v3 solid state drive. While this capacity is already available in the Warp v2 family, the new v3 model will certainly appeal to more people as it offers read and write speeds of up to 240 MB/s and 160 MB/s respectively (175/100 MB/s for the 128GB V2 drive).

Backed by a two-year warranty, the 2.5-inch 128GB Warp v3 weights just 91 grams, has a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF (mean time before failure) of over 1.5 million hours. The SSD's price has not been announced.
