Introduced a year ago, the degree-munching beast known as the Orochi has now received and update. Scythe's 'new and improved' Orochi Rev. B is basically the old Orochi that has been tweaked to support Intel LGA 1366 CPUs, in addition to Intel LGA775 and Socket 478 and AMD's Socket 754, 939, 940 and AM2 parts.

The beefy cooler measures 120 x 194 x 155 mm, weights 1,285 grams and features a nickel-plated copper base, no less than 10 copper heatpipes and a 140mm fan that works at 500 rpm, and has a noise output of just 10.8 dBA. The Orochi Rev. B is priced at $78.80 / 46.50 Euro (without VAT).
