On the second day of Computex Intel gave to us, nothing that needs to rhyme, 'just' nine new desktop and mobile processors. The stars of today's release wave are two LGA1366 processors - the Core i7 950 and 975 Extreme Edition which have stock clocks of 3.06 and 3.33 GHz, respectively, boast 8MB of L3 cache, an integrated triple channel DDR3 memory controller, a TDP of 130W, and are priced at $562 and $999. The new Core i7 duo will replace the 2.93GHz 940 and 3.2GHz 965 EE.

Further down the performance and price ladder are two more fresh desktop processors, the Core 2 Duo E7600 and Celeron E1600. The 45nm E7600 works at 3.0GHz, has 3MB of L2 cache, a 1066MHz FSB, a 65W TDP, and a price tag of $133, while the 65nm E1600 is clocked at 2.4GHz, comes with just 512kB of L2 cache and 800MHz FSB and goes for $53.

On the mobile front we have three new Core 2 Duo (revealed yesterday) and two Celeron models:

- T9900 (3.06GHz, 6MB L2 cache, 1066MHz FSB, 35W TDP) @ $530
- P9700 (2.80GHz, 6MB L2 cache, 1066MHz FSB, 25W TDP) @ $348
- P8800 (2.66GHz, 3MB L2 cache, 1066MHz FSB, 25W TDP) @ $241
- T3100 (1.90GHz, 1MB L2 cache, 800MHz FSB ) @ $86
- T3000 (1.80GHz, 1MB L2 cache, 800MHz FSB ) @ $80.

In addition to the releases Intel has also cut the price tags of the (mobile) C2D P9600 and P8700, the former going from $530 to $316, while the latter dropped from $241 to $209.
