Measuring 157 (W) x 142 (D) x 21 (H) mm and weighting in 412 grams, the new Blu-Ray combo drive has a USB 2.0 interface, 2MB of buffer memory, has a top BD-ROM/R/RE read speed of 4.8x, and delivers write speeds of 8x for DVD-R/+R/+RW, 6x for DVD-RW, 5x for DVD-RAM, 4x for DVD-R/+R DL, 24x for CD-R and 16x for CD-RW.
The SBC-04D1S-U comes bundled with Cyberlink burning software and costs just over
162 Euro.
