One month after making its way into European stores, the Atom-based Veriton N260G nettop from Acer has crossed the Atlantic and started to invade US shops. Compact and able to be installed upright using its retractable stand or attached to the back of an LCD monitor, the nettop packs a 1.66 GHz Atom N280 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, GMA 4500M integrated graphics (GN40 chipset), Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi, and a multi-card reader.

The Veriton N260G(-U2802CP) also comes with a HDMI output, six USB 2.0 ports, is paired up with a one-year warranty and costs $399.
