
MSI's X-Slim family of cake-cutting-thin laptops is going to soon welcome a new model intro its loving arms, the X410. Seen below, the upcoming portable machine is just 24.5mm thick, weights as low as 1.5kg (with a 4-cell battery), comes in black or white, feature the ECO technology that is supposed to improve battery life, and boasts a 14-inch LED-backlit screen with a native resolution 1366x768 pixels.
Spec wise, the X410 includes a 1.6GHz Athlon Neo MV-40 processor, up to 4GB of DDR2 memory, Radeon X1250 integrated graphics and a 320 or 500GB hard drive. The laptop also has a 2-in-1 card reader, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi, optional Bluetooth, and a 4- or 8-cell battery. The new X-Slim is expected to debut in the coming weeks with a price tag of under $630 (and pre-loaded with Windows Vista Home Premium).
