For whatever reason, ASRock aims to keep the Socket 939 flame burning and so it is preparing to release an AMD 785G-based motherboard that supports S939 processor. Dubbed 939A785GMH128M, the incoming micro ATX board features Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics backed by 128MB of SidePort memory, four DDR-400 memory slots, one PCI-Express X16 slot, and includes Hybrid CrossFireX support.

ASRock's motherboard also packs an Instant On OS, one eSATA and five SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, Gigabit Ethernet, 7.1 channel audio, plus D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs. No confirmation on pricing or a release date yet.
