As reported back in August, the ION-based version of the Lenovo IdeaPad S12 is going to make its debut this week, together with Windows 7. The netbook comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium and packs a 12.1-inch (1280x800) LED backlit display, a full-size keyboard, a 1.6 GHz Atom N270 CPU, 2GB of RAM, a GeForce 9400M IGP, a 250GB hard drive, and a 6-cell battery providing up to 6 hours of operation.

The IdeaPad S12 also includes Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera, D-Sub and HDMI outputs, and is expected to be available in Japan at about $759.
