Today is the launch day of Microsoft's Windows 7 so Asus issued a press release to remind everyone that it is ready and willing to offer a wide range of PCs that are running the shiny new software release. As seen in the list below, Asus is providing a heap of Windows 7 PCs, including laptops, desktops, as well as Eee-branded netbooks, and nettops.

According to the Taiwanese manufacturer all its Win7 notebooks come with the 64bit version of Microsoft's operating system and feature the FastBoot technology which enables them to boot up some 40% faster than competing models. More-so, the Eee PC line is claimed to offer near-instant access to the web with Fast Bootup Technology, which may be a instant-on OS like the ExpressGate which is featured on Asus motherboards.

Asus is also participating in the Windows 7 Upgrade program so check out this page is you've recently purchased an Asus machine.
