MSI's AMD-flavored motherboard line-up will soon to added a new 740G-based model, the micro-ATX 740GTM-P23. Seen below, the board has support for AM2/AM2+ processors, packs two DDR2-1066 memory slots, Radeon HD 2100 integrated graphics, one PCI-Express x16 slot and features the APS (Active Phase Switching) PWM control technology.

The 740GTM-P23 also includes six SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, 5.1 channel audio, Gigabit Ethernet, and a D-Sub output. The board's pricing is unconfirmed but it should be under 45 Euro.
