Without making much noise, board maker XFX has let loose a new Radeon HD 4890 model (HD-489X-ZSFC) which makes use of custom cooling but has stock clocks. Seen below, the card packs 800 Stream Processors, a 850 MHz-clocked GPU, a 256-bit memory interface backed by 1GB of GDDR5 memory @ 3600 MHz, and the mentioned custom cooling solution which takes up two slots.

The XFX product also provides DirectX 10.1 and CrossFireX support, features a top plate for extra stability, and dual DVI outputs. The HD-489X-ZSFC can be found over @ Newegg.ca with a price tag of 207.99 CAD / 195 USD.
