Several manufacturers have already announced USB 3.0 storage solutions but Super Talent is the first to come up with a flash drive that makes use SuperSpeed USB. Dubbed RAIDDrive, the USB 3.0-equipped (but also USB 2.0 compatible) NAND drive measures 95 x 37 x 13.5 mm, comes in 32, 64 and 128GB capacities, has a sleek black/silver casing, an activity LED, and can reach transfer speeds of up to 200 MB/s via USB 3.0 or up to 320 MB/s when using USB 3.0 and a separate UAS Protocol driver.
