Claiming divine inspiration from the release of Crytek and EA's Crysis, the OCZ Technology Group aka simply OCZ has unveiled two new memory kits. To start off with a bang the company announced the PC3-10666 ReaperX 4GB memory kit while for the DDR2 market is it preparing the PC2-8000 ReaperX 4GB kit, two offers that combine speed, latency, capacity and bandwidth for optimal performance (a good DirectX 10 is also a must).

“Spectacular new titles like Crysis deliver a fresh level of realism and we are pleased to release new ReaperX DDR2-1000 and DDR3-1333 4GB kits that are optimized to ensure that gamer’s hardware is able to fully leverage the complete slew of features within these games on both current and next generation platforms for the ultimate experience,” said Alex Mei, Chief Marketing Officer at OCZ.

The two kits come equipped with a lifetime warranty. The price tags of the new memory have not been announced (yet).
