A little late when compared to the big boys, Universal abit has come forward with an AMD 780G-powered motherboard of its own. Nicknamed A-S78H, the new board comes with support for AM2 and AM2+ processors but given the fact it has a four phase PWM design, it won't play nice with 125W TDP CPUs.
Coming in a micro ATX form factor, the A-S78H has four DDR2-1066 memory slots, a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slot and six SATA 3.0 Gbps connectors. Featuring Radeon HD 3200 integrated graphics, the board also has support for Hybrid CrossFire and is equipped with the UVD engine. The RoHS compliant motherboard also boasts Gigabit Ethernet plus 5.1 integrated audio and it is expected to hit the stores very soon.
