Trouble if brewing on the power supply scene as Ultra Products has filed a complaint at the Florida Middle District Court against a heap of manufacturers. Claiming patent infringement, Ultra is calling (brace yourself) Antec, Channel Well Technology, Corsair Memory, Enhance Electronics, E-Power Technology/PCMCIS, SPI Electronic, FSP Group USA, Koolance USA, Mushkin, OCZ Technology, Sea Sonic Electronics, Silverstone Technology, Spire-Bytecom Fanner Corporation, Tagan Technology, Thermaltake Technology, Topower Computer and Zalman to court.

Submitted on April 4th, the complaint apparently claims that those mentioned above violated one of Ultra's patents regarding a "power distribution system for a personal computer." The 'fun' is just beginning in this new lawsuit so it will be interesting to see what will happen because of it - who'll settle, refute the claims or maybe counter-sue? Stick around for more.
