Patriot Memory has just released a new series of overclocking-friendly DDR3 memory. The new Nvidia nForce-loving Viper memory modules and kits all feature support for EPP2.0 (Enhanced Performance Profiles) and come with black-painted PCBs and green aluminum heatspreaders.

"Overclocking is always a little bit tricky," said Les Henry, Technical Director for Patriot Memory. "With EPP2.0 we take all the guess work out of overclocking getting the consumer up and running quickly. No need to spend hours trying to tune your system to get the best performance, just plug-n-play Patriot's Nvidia based Viper Series gaming memory and you're good to go!"

Patriot's new Vipers will be available as 1 and 2GB modules and 2 and 4GB kits with speeds going from 1333 MHz to 2000 MHz. All the new releases are RoHS compliant and are backed by lifetime warranties.
