While the base design of Gigabyte's uber-end GA-EX58-Extreme has been already seen it's today when we can really start drooling and saving up money as some new pictures of the almost finished X58 motherboard, complete with its ecstreme cooling system(s) have reached the interwebs.

As you can see in below, for the EX58-Extreme Gigabyte opted to use a cooling solution that includes a waterblock for the northbridge (the X58 chip), quite a few heatpipes and a detachable module which should help push more hot air outside the PC case. It certainly looks like 'extreme' is a right word for Gigabyte's board so maybe we'll see one such model help an overclocked break a few scores and records after the Core i7 debut.
