What started with a not so 'Batmany' GeForce 9800 GTX+, Asus' Dark Knight series of graphics cards, is to be continued with a DK-branded Radeon HD 4870. Pictured just below, EAH4870 DK/HTDI/512M is equipped with the dual-slot, four heatpiped Dark Knight cooler, has a 512MB of GDDR5 memory, a PCI-Express 2.0 interface CrossFireX support and dual-DVI connectivity.

Just like the first Dark Knight card, the upcoming RV770-powered card will feature stock clocks - 750 MHz for the GPU and 3600 MHz for the memory. Although it's not officially released the card has appeared in Europe at about 263 Euro. Also, it appears a 1GB version is also in the works.
