Still Nvidia partner Elsa has now come up with a custom designed GeForce 9800 GTX+ card. Part of the Gladiac series, the 998 GTX Plus V2, which can be seen below, is equipped with a 55nm G92 GPU clocked at 738 MHz, 128 Stream Processors @ 1836 MHz and 512MB of GDDR3 memory set to 2200 MHz. Although it uses stock frequencies Elsa's card can still be deemed special as it is 38mm shorter (229mm compared to 267mm) than the regular 9800 GTX(+), has a slightly tweaked dual-slot cooler with a larger fan and boasts just one 6-pin PCIe power connector, as opposed to the two found on reference models.

Said to also be up to 7 degrees Celsius cooler than the stock version, the Gladiac 998 GTX Plus V2 comes with a 256-bit memory interface, PCI-Express x16 2.0 connectivity, DirectX 10 and SLI support and dual-DVI with HDCP. The card is expected to become available in Japan in the next few days.
