Thinking that Samsung shouldn't be having all the fun, Dell has decided to also offer a 23-inch monitor with an uber-resolution of 2048x1152 pixels. Codenamed SP2309W, the new widescreen LCD features, in addition to the mentioned resolution, a response time of 2 ms, a dynamic contrast ratio of 1000:1, a maximum brightness of 300 cd/m2 and a 98% color gamut.



The SP2309W also boasts a 2 megapixel camera, USB, plus VGA, DVI and HDMI connectivity. The monitor can be found on Dell Canada's site with a price tag of $419.99.
