HIPER has now announced the first unit in its new M series of power supplies, the M1000. Seen below, the 'semi-modular' PSU is ATX12V v2.2, EPS12V v2.91 and RoHS compliant, offers 1000W of continuous power, delivers a peak of 1100W and features support for Nvidia SLI - two-way, three-way and quad-SLI.

The M1000 also comes with gold plated connectors, 80 PLUS bronze certification, a declared efficiency of over 85%, provides 12V rails and is cooled off by, what looks like at 120mm dual ball bearing fan. HIPER's new PSU has a price tag of $189 / 142 Euro (without taxes).
