Set on giving the i945GCt-SN somebody to play with, AOpen is now preparing the release of the i945GCt-DN, a mini-ITX motherboard featuring Intel's dual-core Atom 330 processor clocked at 1.6 GHz. Seen below, the board is powered by the 945GS + ICH7 chip combo and has one DDR2 memory slot, one PCI-Express x1 slot and three SATA ports.

Offeing D-Sub connectivity, the i945GCt-DN also comes with integrated audio, 10/100 Ethernet, and four USB 2.0 ports. The motherboard is yet unpriced but once out, it should make for an interesting choice for a DIY nettop.
