Buffalo has just announced that it will soon update its storage line-up with a new series of external hard drives, the HD-CEU2. Set to be available in 500, 640, 750GB, 1TB and 1.5TB capacities, the drives measure 45 (W) x 175 (H) x 156 (D) mm, have shiny black or white enclosures and provide USB 2.0 connectivity.

Set to go on sale around the middle of the month, the 500, 640, 750GB (apparently a limited edition), 1TB and 1.5TB HD-CEU2 family hard drives will cost about $128, $163, $259, $187 and $234.
