
Showing flash memory more love, Buffalo has now revealed that it preparing three additions to its SHD-NSUM family of solid state drives. Coming in a 2.5-inch form factor, the new drives have 32, 64 and 128GB worth of storage space, make use of MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash chips and feature both a SATA 3.0 Gbps and a USB interface, just like OCZ's Core V2 SSDs.
Expected to become available in Japan from mid-March, the 32, 64 and 128GB SHD-NSUM models will cost about $123, $216 and $391 respectively.
