Just last week I-O Data presented the 23.6-inch LCD-MF242X 1080p-ready monitor, and today the company has unveiled what we could call its little brother, the 21.5-inch LCD-MF221XGBR. The new all-back LCD has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 5ms response time, a maximum brightness of 300 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 1000:1 (10000:1 DCR).

Weighting in just 4.5 kg, the monitor has two 1W integrated speakers and offers D-Sub, DVI and HDMI 1.2a connectivity. The LCD-MF221XGBR is backed by a three-year warranty and costs about $277.
