Following DFI and Asus's lead, MSI is now working on a MicroATX motherboard powered by Intel's X58 chipset. Seen below in what' not exactly the finished form, the MS-7593 makes use of the X58/ICH10 chip combo to provide support for Core i7 processors, comes with six triple channel-ready DDR3 slots, and two PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slots for at least CrossFireX setups (SLI support is unconfirmed).

The compact board, which may have its cooling solution changed before release, also boasts seven SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, 7.1 channel audio and Gigabit Ethernet, a Power button and, if we're not mistaking, one eSATA connector. No word on pricing or a release date yet.
