Borrowing more expertise from its parent company Acer, Packard Bell has now revealed the DOT S and DOT M netbooks. Powered by Intel's Atom, the DOT S packs a 10.1-inch (1024x600) screen, while the DOT M comes with a 11.6-inch (1366x768) LCD, with both of them featuring a textured palm rest, a multi-touch touchpad, and a brushed silver cover.

In terms of hardware and specs, the two DOTs come with 1GB of RAM, an 160GB hard drive, an 1.6 GHz (DOT S) or 1.33 GHz (DOT M) Atom CPU, WiFi, Bluetooth and optional 3G, a 5-in-1 memory card reader, Dolby Sound, a webcam, and Windows XP.

The already shipping DOT S is priced at 299 Euro, while the upcoming (end of April) DOT M will go for 399 Euro.
