While patiently waiting for new signs of 40nm GPUs from Nvidiam Galaxy has worked on a fresh GeForce GTS 250 model. Seen below equipped with a dual-slot cooler, the G92b-powered cards features 128 Stream Processors, a 256-bit memory interface and 512MB of GDDR3 memory, a 5 phase power supply, Dual BIOS, and D-sub, DVI and HDMI outputs.

The card's GPU, shaders and memory are set to 738, 1836 and 2200 MHz respectively (stock frequencies) but the use of 0.8ms memory chips have enabled Galaxy to overclocked the VRAM to 2600 MHz so you'll probably get to that clock too (and get up to 7% more graphics power). The card's price tag has not been announced.
