DFI's LANParty is about to get a bit more crowded as a new motherboard is ready to come through the door, the DK 790X-M2RS. Powered by AMD's 790X northbridge and the SB750 southbridge, the board features support for AM2/AM2+ processors, four DDR2-1200 memory slots, two PCI-Express x16 slots ready to house a CrossFireX setup, and the ABS II overclocking technology.

The LANParty DK 790X-M2RS also boasts six SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, Gigabit Ethernet and 7.1 channel audio, Power and Reset buttons, plus a debug LED. The board's price tag has not been revealed.
