iiyama has now announced a new addition to its ProLite line-up of LCD monitors - the E2407HDS. Coming in black and white, the display features a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a response time of 2ms (grey-to-grey), a 1000:1 contrast ratio (60000:1 ACR), and a brightness of 300 cd/m2.

The new LCD also has two 3W speakers, D-Sub, DVI and HDMI connectors, and is backed by a 3-year warranty. The recommended price tag for the ProLite E2407HDS / E2407HDS-B is around $313.
