Memory and storage solutions company Silicon Power has now introduced a new product to feature both eSATA and USB connectivity. Deemed a portable solid state drive, the flash drive measures 76.4 (L) x 27.0 (W) 11.4 (H) mm, weights just about 20 grams, comes in 32 and 64GB capacities and, as previously mentioned, has both an eSATA and a USB 2.0/1.1 port (both are retractable).

The Plug and Play device features a shock proof casing, has support for Windows ReadyBoost, and makes use of quad channel technology to deliver read and write speeds of up to 90 and 50 MB/s respectively on eSATA (30/20 MB/s via USB ).

The eSATA/USB SSD II will be offered with a two-year warranty.
