
MSI (or msi) has now revealed a couple of new additions to its laptop line-up, the 17-inch GT729 and EX723. To start off smaller, the EX723 features the ECO Engine function which helps better manage power consumption to get more battery life, and the VIVID image enhancement technology, is powered by a Core 2 Duo CPU, has up to 4GB of DDR2 memory and a GeForce G110M card with 512MB of RAM, an 160/250/320 GB SATA hard drive, plus a Blu-Ray of DVD drive.
The GT729 also boasts Core 2 Duo power but has the Turbo Drive Engine which enables users to have the CPU instantly overclocked through the push of a button, can be equipped with up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 320 or 500GB hard drive and comes with a Mobility Radeon HD 4850 graphics card.
Yet unpriced and undated, the GT729 and EX723 both have a 2 megapixel camera, a 4-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet and WiFi, four speakers and one subwoofer, an eSATA port and a HDMI output.
