In addition to updating its desktop offer, Gateway has also rolled out a couple of new FHD Series monitors to get your 'back to school' money out of the pocket. The 21.5-inch FHD2102 bmidgz and 24-inch FHD2402 bmidgz both feature a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 300 cd/m2 brightness, two 2W speakers, one USB port, and D-Sub, DVI and HDMI connectivity.

Going for $200, the FHD2102 has a response time of 5ms and a dynamic contrast ratio of 20000:1, while the $270 FHD2402 has a 2ms response time and a DCR of 40000:1. Gateway's full LCD monitor offer can be viewed here.
