Asus is doing what it can to keep its graphics card offer fresh despite the lack of new models and so it has stealthily released another RV770-based card. Seen below, the EAH4870/HTDI/1GD5 is a Radeon HD 4870 featuring 800 Stream Processors, a 256-bit memory interface, 1GB of GDDR5 memory, two DVI outputs, CrossFireX support and the new Glaciator+ fansink which is supposed to keep the card (or probably just the GPU) some 12% cooler than the reference solution.
In terms of clocks, the Radeon is all stock - 750 MHz for the GPU, 3600 MHz for the memory, while as for price, it can be
found in the UK for £108.99 / $178 / 126.8 Euro.
