Memorysolution has now come up with a new Maxflash-branded SSD, one that's supposed to be cheaper but also slower than the Rapstore drives
announced two weeks ago. Boasting 64GB worth of storage space, the drive has both a SATA 3.0 Gbps and a mini USB connector, and features MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash memory chips), a JMicron controller, and provides maximum read and write speeds of 160 and 70 MB/s, respectively.
According to Memorysolution, the SSD, which is apparently already shipping, is backed by a three-year warranty and has a recommended price tags of $185.
