Netherlands-based board maker Club 3D is letting loose a couple more Radeon HD 4650 cards that feature passive coolers. Coming with 512 and 1024MB of GDDR2 memory, the models have a dual-heatpipe cooling solution with a sound output of 0 dBA, 320 Stream Processors, a 128-bit memory interface, plus DVI, D-Sub and HDMI connectors.

In terms of clocks, the new Radeons have to make due to 600 MHz for their GPU and 800 MHz for the memory. Currently, only the 512MB version has started to appear in stores and it costs just about 52 Euro.
