PowerColor has now announced a new RV740-powered graphics card, the PCS (Professional Cooling System) HD 4770. Seen below, the card packs 640 Stream Processors, a 128-bit memory interface and 512MB of GDDR5 memory, a dual-slot Arctic Cooling fansink, DirectX 10.1 and CrossFire support, plus two DVI outputs.

The PCS HD 4770 makes use of stock clocks meaning it has its GPU and memory set to 750 and 3200 MHz, respectively, and is expected to become available later this month for under 100 Euro.
