Even more flashy storage is coming up from PhotoFlash, this time in the form of compact, internal SATA drives. Both the G-Monster miniSATA and miniDOM measure 45 x 37 x 7.5 mm, weight 10 grams, come in 32 and 64GB capacities, and feature maximum read and write speeds of 110 and 60 MB/s, respectively.

As seen below, the G-Monster miniSATA has a 'regular' SATA 1.5/3.0 Gbps connection interface, while the G-Monster miniDOM connects directly to a motherboard's SATA port and requires extra power via a 5V adapter. Both 'mini' SSDs will be backed by a one-year warranty and will be released in mid-October.
